For more than twenty years, I have helped organisations communicate through periods of growth, transformation and change. My career has included senior leadership roles with organisations including Planet, Virgin Atlantic, CBRE and Johnson Controls, where I helped leaders navigate complex change, build engagement and strengthen organisational alignment.
